What you bring:

  • Current Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certification
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Prior experience in school-based settings, ideally K-12
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and familiarity with Synergy (preferred)
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills (pen and paper format)
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to work on various campuses as assignments require

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct educational and psychological evaluations (caseloads around 60, approximately 12 evaluations per day)
  • Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
  • Collaborate with educators and families to implement effective interventions
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
