Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments, behavioral interventions, and crisis response
• Strong understanding of special education laws, RTI/MTSS frameworks, and IEP development
• Exceptional communication and consultation abilities for working with students, parents, and staff
• Capacity for independent time management in a dynamic, school-based setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete cognitive, academic, and behavioral evaluations for eligibility and program planning
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise in assessment and intervention
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop evidence-based interventions and positive behavioral supports
• Provide counseling services to students individually and in groups to promote emotional well-being
• Collaborate on the creation and implementation of IEPs, Section 504 plans, and school-wide prevention initiatives
• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and support school communities as needed
