Key Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist license in South Carolina (SC)
• Certification specific to school psychology
• Experience working with K-12 populations in public or charter school settings
• Comfortable conducting evaluations and assessments for diverse student needs

• Familiarity with special education processes and developing intervention strategies

Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data for students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify students’ needs and recommend supports
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation to assist with special education eligibility and programming
• Develop and implement behavioral or academic interventions based on assessment findings
• Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding students’ learning, social, and emotional concerns
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with school policies and state regulations
