Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active School Psychologist license in North Carolina (NC) is required
  • Experience working with K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Strong skills in conducting evaluations and psychological assessments
  • Certification as a School Psychologist
  • Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for referred students
  • Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on assessment findings
  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to discuss student needs and strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with state and district policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
