We’re partnering with a supportive school district in the Charlotte, North Carolina area to hire a licensed School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a high-impact role working with a collaborative SPED team that values strong clinical judgment and compliance expertise.
Position Details:
• Full-time, onsite
• 2026–2027 school year
• K–12 caseload (assigned based on experience)
• Structured support from district leadership and special education team
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Interpret assessment data and develop clear, legally compliant reports
• Lead and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Provide evidence-based recommendations for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Support MTSS/RTI processes and progress monitoring
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active North Carolina School Psychologist license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Experience conducting evaluations and writing reports in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, special education compliance, and eligibility criteria
