Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Charlotte, North Carolina to hire a dedicated School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026–27 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity working with a K–12 caseload and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains.

Position Details

- General school psychologist responsibilities
- Speech caseload support included
- Onsite position near Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP development
- Provide consultation with teachers, staff, and families
- Support student behavioral and social-emotional needs
- Assist with intervention planning and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with special education and related service teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Active North Carolina School Psychologist licensure/certification required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
