Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Charlotte, North Carolina to hire a dedicated School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026–27 school year. This is a full-time, school-based opportunity working with a K–12 caseload and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains.

The district is seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented professional who is passionate about helping students thrive in the school setting.

Position Details

  • Full-time | 37.5 hours per week
  • 2026–27 school year
  • K–12 caseload
  • General school psychologist responsibilities
  • Speech caseload support included
  • Onsite position near Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP development
  • Provide consultation with teachers, staff, and families
  • Support student behavioral and social-emotional needs
  • Assist with intervention planning and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with special education and related service teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards 

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
  • Active North Carolina School Psychologist licensure/certification required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
