Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification and credentials as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience delivering psychological assessments and interventions in school settings
• Understanding of response-to-intervention (RTI), Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and 504 planning
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students
• Proficiency in working with diverse age groups and backgrounds
• Flexibility and dedication to working full-time throughout the entire academic year

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and areas for support
• Offer direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families to promote student achievement and well-being
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies and interventions
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records and document all services delivered
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing guidance on best practices for student support
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and conflict resolution as needed
