What you'll need to bring:

  • Current Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
  • Familiarity with a variety of disabilities and the ability to adapt support to individual needs
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills to help guide student interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Organizational skills to manage case loads, documentation, and intervention planning

What you'll do every day:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students with diverse abilities
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct support, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
  • Engage with families and educators to foster supportive learning environments
  • Use data-driven decision making to recommend strategies and drive positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards
