Working a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day), you’ll collaborate with educators and families, ensuring comprehensive support for every student.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience or strong interest in supporting diverse student populations, including those with various disabilities
- Ability to conduct assessments, write reports, and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
- Adaptable mindset and commitment to meeting the changing needs of students from elementary through middle school
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret evaluation results
- Develop and assist with implementing student intervention strategies
- Provide direct counseling and behavioral support to students as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer guidance to school staff and parents/guardians, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
