Key Qualifications:
- Active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on IEP development and implementation
- Skilled in both direct student support and in providing consultative services to staff and families
- Comfortable using technology for remote work and electronic documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform all required student assessments onsite, ensuring accurate, timely evaluation of learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Complete all assessment reports remotely, adhering to district timelines and compliance standards
- Participate in, and potentially lead, IEP meetings (remote attendance may be possible)
- Collaborate with educators and parents to design interventions and offer recommendations to support student success
- Deliver consultative and crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain thorough and confidential records for all caseload students
