Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and support to students facing behavioral or emotional challenges.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive student support.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance on mental health and wellness initiatives within schools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing IEPs in a K-12 setting.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to special education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between school locations.
