Key Qualifications:

• Holds a master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state School Psychologist certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with psychological assessments, IEPs, and counseling interventions
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess student learning, behavior, and social-emotional well-being
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to promote student achievement and well-being
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to recommend interventions and supports
• Assist in crisis intervention and help create a safe school climate
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing case management
