Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Current or eligible School Psychologist certification/licensure for Wyoming
- Experience in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and implementing evidence-based interventions in school settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating effectively with students, educators, and families
- Background in crisis response, behavioral intervention, and counseling preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments to help identify learning or behavioral needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver counseling, behavioral interventions, and consultation services to students and staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to promote academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
- Support school-wide mental health and wellness initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate findings with all stakeholders
