This contract opportunity near Chicago, IL is ideal for a certified School Psychologist seeking the flexibility of working just 1-2 days per week, providing essential psychological and educational services directly on campus.

Skills & Certification Requirements:

• Current certification as a School Psychologist
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Experience working in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
• Passion for advocating for student needs in a diverse educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and review IEPs
• Provide direct services, including counseling and consultations, to students and staff
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design effective intervention strategies
• Support the creation of safe and inclusive school climates
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
