In this role, you’ll engage deeply in evaluations, assessments, and IEP development—making a tangible impact on the lives of K-12 students. Your insight will be valued as you contribute to creating inclusive educational environments and guide families, staff, and students toward positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Valid licensure and certification as a School Psychologist in Illinois
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive reports
  • Proven background in developing and participating in IEP meetings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cognitive, behavioral, and academic evaluations to inform student needs
  • Interpret data and results for IEP teams, ensuring accommodations and interventions align with individual student profiles
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and family members to support students’ educational and emotional well-being
  • Provide crisis intervention and evidence-based counseling as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to timelines for evaluations and re-evaluations
