Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist within Illinois
  • Master’s or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results
  • Strong skills in consultation and collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
  • Understanding of special education processes, IEP development, and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret a variety of psychological and educational assessments for students
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
  • Deliver counseling services individually and in groups as needed
  • Provide recommendations and strategies to help address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Partner with teachers and staff to develop effective support plans and interventions
  • Serve as a resource to families regarding student success and support systems
