Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing intervention strategies
• Strong understanding of special education law and the IEP process
• Effective communicator who is comfortable collaborating with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads while maintaining quality service

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
• Participate in the development, review, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultative services to teachers, administrators, parents, and staff regarding effective interventions and supports
• Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment in alignment with best practices in school psychology
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
