Position Overview
Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Travel School Psychologists for multiple full-time contract opportunities across the United States during the 2026–2027 school year. These school-based assignments support K-12 students with a variety of learning, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs in public school settings. Current travel openings include positions in Albany, New York; Chicago, Illinois; Allentown, Pennsylvania; Hartford, Connecticut; Omaha, Nebraska; Juneau, Alaska; Anchorage, Alaska; Miller, South Dakota; and Minno, South Dakota. Grade levels vary by assignment and include K-5, 6-12, and K-12 caseloads. Specific details regarding student populations, classroom structure, and district expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation and Benefits
All opportunities are full-time positions with a minimum of 30 hours per week throughout the school year, which is approximately 36 weeks in duration. Compensation packages include a competitive hourly rate combined with tax-free travel stipends for eligible travelers. Weekly earnings typically range from $1,300 to $2,300 depending on assignment location, prior experience, educational background, and other qualifying factors.

Responsibilities
Travel School Psychologists will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment findings, collaborate in IEP meetings and assist in developing individualized education plans, provide guidance and consultation to teachers and staff regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports, and track and monitor student progress using data-driven practices to inform decision-making

Additional duties may include monitoring student progress, participating in meetings with families and school personnel, and maintaining compliance with district and state education standards. Caseload expectations will vary depending on the school district and grade level. Candidates are encouraged to discuss preferred settings and student populations with the recruiter after applying.

Requirements
Applicants must hold a Masters or Doctorate Degree in Psychology to be considered for these travel assignments. Recruiters will assist qualified applicants with guidance regarding state licensing requirements during the hiring process.

Classroom management experience is strongly preferred, particularly for candidates working in behavioral or self-contained educational settings. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to different school environments are essential for success in these travel-based roles.
