Key qualifications and experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement (or eligibility)
- Previous experience with evaluations, assessments, and IEPs preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
- Administer assessments and create detailed, actionable reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and planning
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student learning and well-being
