As a key collaborator within a supportive district, you’ll conduct evaluations, attend ARDs, and deliver expertise that makes a tangible impact on young learners’ lives. The district features an active case load management system ensuring you have the support and resources you need—workloads are carefully balanced so you can focus on quality services. While the main focus is on assessments and participation in ARDs, limited counseling could be part of your caseload, but is not an expected core responsibility. • Coordinate with teachers, families, and service providers
  • Maintain confidential and accurate records aligned with district protocols
  • Provide brief, need-based counseling interventions if required

Step into an environment that values your skills and supports your professional growth with priority placed on manageable caseloads.
