Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active certification as a School Psychologist and a valid Professional Educator License (PEL) are required
  • Previous experience working with students in K-12 settings highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of assessment, counseling, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
  • Implement individualized intervention plans that support student learning and growth
  • Consult with staff and families, offering guidance on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional concerns
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights for student support plans
  • Maintain accurate records and produce detailed, timely reports
  • Foster a positive, inclusive school climate while advocating for diverse learners
