Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing support in a school environment preferred
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills
- Excellent communication, consultation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting psychological assessments, observations, and interventions for students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating closely with teachers, counselors, and families to address academic, social, and behavioral needs
- Leading and participating in team meetings regarding student progress and strategies
- Providing crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Maintaining thorough and confidential documentation
