A school district near Claymont is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join its team for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to support multiple campuses while working with a collaborative special education team.

Location: Claymont, DE 19703

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

Contract Dates:

• Approximately August 2026 – June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Support students through evidence-based behavioral services

• Conduct behavioral assessments and consultations

• Collaborate with school teams and families

• Assist with staff interviews and behavioral programming

• Monitor progress and provide recommendations

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification

• School-based experience preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
