Discover an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced School Psychologist eager to make an impact in a vibrant educational community. Begin your journey in late August 2026 and continue through early June 2027, supporting a single building and working closely with staff, students, and families to foster student success and well-being.

Stepping into this role, you’ll focus on a balanced caseload of 40-50 students while collaborating with educators and conducting thorough evaluations, IEPs, and targeted interventions. Your expertise will help create positive academic and emotional outcomes for every student you serve.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (Ohio or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Proven ability to complete student evaluations and facilitate effective IEP meetings
  • Understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies and multi-tiered systems of support
  • Strong communication skills; able to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Experience with diverse student populations, emphasizing student-centered, culturally responsive practices
  • Passion for advocating for student needs and promoting inclusive educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student strengths and needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students
  • Lead and participate in eligibility, reevaluation, and intervention meetings
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and related service staff to design effective interventions and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with state and district requirements
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture focused on student growth and achievement
