Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a school psychologist required
• Proven experience working with students in grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and educational planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students, identifying academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services for students and staff
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to create supportive and inclusive school environments
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with all applicable regulations
