Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a school psychologist required
- Proven experience working with students in grades K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and educational planning
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students, identifying academic, social, and behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education and intervention plans
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services for students and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to create supportive and inclusive school environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with all applicable regulations
