Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and creating intervention plans
- Strong background in counseling and supporting students with diverse needs
- Excellent skills in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, professionalism, and effective communication abilities
- Previous experience in K-5/elementary settings appreciated, though not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling to support student social-emotional growth
- Consult with teachers and staff to develop strategies that foster student success
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings and special education processes
- Partner closely with families to address student needs and create positive outcomes
- Support crisis interventions, behavior planning, and schoolwide mental health initiatives
Assignment Details:
- Full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
