Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or related field)
• Current or eligible state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting psychological and academic assessments
• Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and intervention
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
• Interpret assessment results and make recommendations for instructional strategies and behavioral interventions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and student support processes
• Provide direct support to students through counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to develop effective strategies for student success
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring student intervention plans
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and reports in line with district and legal requirements
