School Psychologist- 1st Semester

Position: School Psychologist
Assignment: Full-Time – First Semester (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Dates: August 4th – End of December
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | 5 days per week

Description:
We are seeking a full-time School Psychologist to provide maternity leave coverage for the first semester of the school year. This assignment includes supporting multiple school sites and offers a dynamic opportunity to work with diverse student populations across elementary and middle school levels.

Assignment Breakdown:

1st Leave Coverage:

• 1 Elementary School (approx. 550 students)
• 1 Middle School (approx. 1,200 students; additional support psychologist on-site)

2nd Leave Coverage:

• 2 Elementary Schools (approx. 450 and 670 students)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Interpret assessment data and complete comprehensive reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation to staff and families
• Support student social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Assist with intervention planning and progress monitoring

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active state licensure/certification required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to support multiple sites
