Key Qualifications:

  • Current Michigan School Psychologist certification
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong communication skills for effective report writing and participation in school meetings
  • Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and observations
  • Experience implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) a plus
  • Eagerness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to inform educational planning
  • Actively participate in and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
  • Observe and assess student behaviors in classroom settings
  • Prepare thorough, objective reports based on data and observations
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective BIPs tailored to individual students
  • Provide expert insights to support positive student outcomes

In this role, compensation ranges from $50/hr to $57/hr, reflecting your expertise and the impact you make. Qualified candidates may also benefit from a comprehensive healthcare package, as well as housing and meals/incidentals support for the duration of the contract.
