Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Connecticut School Psychologist certification required
- Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in an educational setting, particularly at the elementary level

- Ability to administer assessments, interpret results, and develop data-driven intervention plans
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services
- Collaborative mindset to work alongside multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings
- Develop and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis response as needed
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student learning and emotional development
- Participate actively in planning and evaluation meetings
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with school policies
