Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active and current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills with students K-12
• Knowledge of IEP process, RTI/MTSS, and relevant federal and state regulations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments to determine students’ needs and eligibility for special education services
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing data-driven recommendations
• Support the development and implementation of IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and crisis interventions
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to design effective interventions and support systems
• Deliver direct and indirect counseling to students as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation
