Licensed Elementary School Psychologist | Colorado Springs, Colorado

Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a School Psychologist
• Certification for work in school settings
• Experience supporting students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, interventions, and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, families, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
• Develop and implement intervention and support strategies for students
• Participate in creating and reviewing IEPs for eligible students
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services, as needed
• Offer consultation to teachers and staff on effective instructional and behavioral strategies
• Help design safe, inclusive, and supportive school environments
• Maintain clear documentation in accordance with professional and district standards
