Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate licensure for practice in Indiana
  • Familiarity with K-12 settings and diverse student populations
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and interpreting results
  • Strong communication, consultative, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Compassion, flexibility, and collaboration as core professional values

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Serve as a key participant in special education evaluations and eligibility meetings
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, and families regarding student progress and recommended strategies
  • Provide crisis prevention, response, and counseling services as needed
  • Contribute actively to positive school climate initiatives and RTI/MTSS processes
  • Maintain accurate records and mandatory compliance in a timely manner
