Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in a K-12 environment preferred
  • Knowledge of IEPs, FBA/BIP processes, and related legal regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior and intervention plans
  • Support educators and families through consultation and student progress meetings
  • Contribute to the development and review of IEPs
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
  • Deliver counseling or skill-building sessions for students
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
