Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state certification or license to practice as a School Psychologist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations.
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, multicultural school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver counseling, behavioral strategies, and consultative services to students, staff, and families.
  • Support crisis intervention and behavioral management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
