Qualifications:
- Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Graduate degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience providing assessments, counseling, and consultation in school settings
- Strong understanding of Special Education laws and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, families, and community resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations for students referred for assessment
- Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
- Participate in IEP meetings, support development of intervention plans, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide strategies that enhance student learning and well-being
- Assist in crisis prevention and intervention as needed
- Maintain detailed, confidential records and reports
