Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Solid understanding of effective intervention strategies and counseling techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with parents, teachers, and administrative staff
  • Experience with building-wide or classroom-based support (MTSS, PBIS, or similar frameworks) is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling to address student concerns and improve coping strategies
  • Work collaboratively on eligibility and intervention teams, providing insights into student needs and best practices
  • Develop and recommend strategies and interventions with teachers, counselors, and support staff
  • Maintain accurate, professional documentation in compliance with ethical and legal requirements
  • Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding student mental health and behavioral supports
  • Please note: This role does not include RCT or formal testing responsibilities
