Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Bilingual fluency required; able to provide assessments and services in English and a second language
- Previous experience working within school systems strongly preferred
- Ability to conduct psychoeducational evaluations, develop interventions, and support IEP processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ emotional and academic needs
- Assess students using standardized tools and bilingual assessment techniques
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student concerns and best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver crisis intervention, behavior intervention plans, and classroom support as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide culturally responsive input
