Licensed Middle School School Psych - Conway, Arkansas

Make a positive impact in educational environments by providing critical psychological services to students from elementary through high school. This contract role requires a dedicated, certified School Psychologist who is passionate about fostering a safe, supportive learning atmosphere for students across different grade levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Certification relevant to the school psychological field
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and support individualized student needs
• Proven record of upholding confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and share actionable recommendations with school teams
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies for student success
• Deliver counseling and interventions to support emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being
• Create, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Lead and participate in meetings, staff training, and crisis response as required
• Stay current with best practices and advances in school psychology
