A school psychologist position is available in the Conway, Arkansas area, offering the opportunity to provide essential psychological services within an educational setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing school-wide programs focused on mental health and wellness
• Use data-driven strategies to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Travel between school sites as required to fulfill responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid licensure or certification in Arkansas as a school psychologist
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
