Throughout the 2026-2027 school year, your primary focus will be supporting a seasoned team of psychologists, primarily assessing and serving elementary and primary-aged students. This role will allow you to broaden your approach to testing and interventions, and develop your resume with valuable experiences, all while contributing in a collaborative environment across a full spectrum of grade levels.
Desired Background:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible School Psychologist certification in Georgia
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, assessments, and delivering counseling
- Strong communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support fellow psychologists throughout the district
- Conduct evaluations and assessments, primarily for Pre-K and elementary students
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop student-centered intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation
