Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current or eligible School Psychologist certification/licensure in Tennessee
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and report writing
• Familiarity with RTI/MTSS frameworks and IEP processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Deliver targeted and evidence-based interventions to support student learning and social-emotional development
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health support as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of positive behavioral supports
• Maintain accurate records and uphold all ethical and professional standards
