Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for school psychologist licensure
  • Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education procedures
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in educational settings preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and assist in eligibility determination for special education services
  • Formulate data-driven recommendations to support student learning
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and positive behavioral interventions
  • Provide short-term counseling to address student social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuing education opportunities
