Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid School Psychologist credential.
- Experience serving K-12 student populations preferred.
- Skilled in conducting psychoeducational assessments, evaluations, and interpreting results.
- Knowledgeable about writing clear, detailed reports.
- Ability to actively participate in IEP meetings and provide input on individualized student plans.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Must be available for onsite work during school hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students.
- Write thorough, actionable assessment reports for use in IEP meetings and intervention planning.
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educational teams to develop effective strategies and accommodations.
- Support student social, emotional, and academic well-being through evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding social-emotional learning, behavior, and mental health.
