Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for Oregon licensure
- Previous experience in educational or school-based psychology preferred
- Solid understanding of assessment tools and psychoeducational evaluations
- Strong communication and consultation skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt strategies for a range of developmental stages (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Commitment to culturally responsive and equitable practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to support individualized education planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective interventions
- Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services to students as needed
- Partner with families and staff to develop positive behavioral supports and foster safe, inclusive learning environments
- Provide consultation on academic and social/emotional development
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in meetings as required
