Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Strong understanding of educational testing, assessments, and behavioral interventions

• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and report findings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral consultation as needed
• Offer professional development and support for staff on mental wellness topics
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
• Rotate as needed between schools or grade levels to address caseload demands
