Qualifications & Experience

• Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure
• Experience in educational settings with elementary, middle, or high school students
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support inclusive education
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help craft appropriate student accommodations and modifications
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Provide consultation and guidance to staff and families regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
