Key Qualifications:

  • Valid license as a School Psychologist
  • Certification in School Psychology (state requirements)
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
  • Compassion and dedication to fostering a positive learning experience for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psycho-educational assessments and evaluations for students referred for services
  • Provide direct counseling, intervention, and crisis management support as needed
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
  • Consult with families and caregivers to ensure ongoing support and engagement
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend next steps
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
