Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or license (state credentials required)
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience with diverse student populations across different grade levels
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and report writing
• Ability to provide individualized and evidence-based recommendations
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students referred for evaluation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop educational and behavioral strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the creation of student support plans
• Deliver counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Support crisis response efforts, providing immediate guidance to staff and students
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for all required reports and records
• Promote positive behavioral supports and mental health awareness within the school environment
