Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting their results
• Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement interventions and strategies
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students as needed
• Participate in the development and review of IEPs, offering expertise on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning
• Assist with crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies
• Promote safe and supportive school climates through the implementation of evidence-based practices
