The immediate start will facilitate overlap and ease as the current school psychologist transitions out.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current credentials as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings
  • Proficiency in conducting student evaluations, assessments, and report writing
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with educators, students, and families
  • Ability to develop, implement, and document individualized plans and interventions
  • Organizational skills and flexibility to adjust in a fast-paced school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct psychological services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management support for K-12 students
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult on interventions and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
