Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility in Indiana
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
- Prior experience as a school psychologist in K-12 settings preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Solid understanding of special education processes, IEPs, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and recordkeeping abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Collaborate in developing and implementing IEPs and behavior plans
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Consult with educators, parents, and other professionals to support academic and behavioral success
- Facilitate prevention and mental health programs within the school community
