Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility in Indiana
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Prior experience as a school psychologist in K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Solid understanding of special education processes, IEPs, and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and recordkeeping abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and assessments
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
  • Collaborate in developing and implementing IEPs and behavior plans
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Consult with educators, parents, and other professionals to support academic and behavioral success
  • Facilitate prevention and mental health programs within the school community
