Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience administering psychological and educational assessments
• Strong advocacy skills for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and report-writing

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support educational planning
• Consult with teachers and staff to develop effective interventions and support strategies
• Provide direct counseling to students individually or in groups as needed
• Collaborate on IEP and 504 Plan meetings, ensuring compliance and student-centered recommendations
• Advise school teams on mental wellness, crisis prevention, and behavioral interventions
• Support positive behavioral programs and social-emotional learning initiatives
