Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility for certification in Illinois
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience in assessments, counseling, and interventions with school-age children
• Familiarity with IEP processes, Response to Intervention (RTI), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify student strengths and needs
• Collaborate in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually and in groups
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams to support special education eligibility and student progress
• Contribute to crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school setting
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
