Make an impact supporting students’ growth and success as a School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity, close to Daleville, IN, offers the chance to provide your expertise in a collaborative K-12 setting. Two positions are currently available, beginning August 3, 2026, and running through June 7, 2027. You’ll work 35 hours per week on a consistent weekday schedule, choosing from either 8:50 am to 3:30 pm or 7:30 am to 2:20 pm.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Background working with K-12 students
- Comprehensive understanding of Special Education laws and evaluation procedures
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, report writing, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads, adjusting to evolving needs
- Experience with IEP consultations and eligibility determinations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students across all K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop strategies supporting individual learning needs
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral recommendations as necessary
- Contribute to IEP meetings with actionable insights and advocacy for students
- Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting
- Stay current with evidence-based practice and regulatory requirements
