Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state credential as a school psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong skills in student assessment and evaluation
- Familiarity with ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) procedures
- Ability to manage multiple evaluation cases efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and evaluations (approximately 8–12 per month)
- Participate in ARD meetings and provide insights on student needs
- Assist with district-wide cases or support the early childhood team as assigned
- Coordinate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare comprehensive reports (with remote flexibility for writing and paperwork)
- Collaborate with other school psychologists to ensure consistent support across the district
