Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas LSSP credential (required)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with current assessment tools and special education processes

Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students’ learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans
• Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and community agencies to support student outcomes
• Provide direct and indirect counseling and mental health services to students
• Assist in implementing positive behavior supports and interventions throughout the school
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
